Detoxifiying

Key to health:  Continuous Cellular Cleansing

Why does detoxification matter to a person with gallstones?
How can I make detoxification a regular part of life?
What are some methods?

A person with gallstones has had a period of time where the bile did not leave the gallbladder effectively and solids formed.  The stagnation has built up into stones.  The stones can impede the flow of toxic matter from the liver which filters all the body's blood.  This makes it difficult for normal detoxification to occur. A person with gallstones has to make an extra effort to avoid toxic things.  Then, on top of that, a person with gallstones has to stimulate detoxification in other ways; through the skin, through cleanses, through eating food that helps support the liver, through eating food that helps the intestines, through eating food that helps the gallbladder. In general, through eating food that has a cleansing purpose as well as a good mineral, vitamin, and fiber content.  Do also drink water.   Supporting your weak area is key to keeping up your normal bodily function of detoxification.

To make detoxification a regular part of your life you need to add a few behaviors that help you.
1. As water reaches all your cells is the most important cleansing tool. Drink two glasses of water when you wake up everyday.  There is no day where this is not going to apply.

Second. Olive oil and lemon juice before you go to bed and after waking.  Take a tablespoon of olive oil and a bit of lemon either in a glass or in a glass of water or squeezed onto the olive oil.

3rd thing:  Try a cleanse that you research well*

*Pregnant and nursing women can drink water and take oil and lemon. They can choose a diet in vegetables and protein made to build a baby. They can't release toxins from their bodies in any old fashion. Seriously. Ask the naturopathic doctor because an obstetrician is highly unlikely to have any nutritional or detoxification knowledge worth referring to. On the other hand, a midwife will probably have someone they can refer you to for advice about natural healing methods.
