Don't be afraid of the good sensations of food that heals you. If you know how good you can feel, it doesn't mean you aren't allowed to let yourself feel worse again by eating the wrong thing.  Food is instant. Once you put a terrible substance in, you will know the difference between its lack of goodness, and the real energetic smoothness of life inhered sustenance.



      ~      Simple advice is still hard to follow if you prefer not to. However, your gallstones are only a symptom of a systematic imbalance. You must use them as a touchstone to help you  learn more about healing your insides, and to inspire you. This is the way to heal yourself.  Following my advice and looking to real experts in food medicine, you will be eating even better than you think you already do.  I say, I know it is difficult to figure it all out.  But it is wise to follow some who already know. This is how you learn from them.  Always listen to your body first, above all else, but take simple advice, one lesson at a time and you will be well.
