Key to clarity: Manage your health actively

I recently had a sonagram to examine my abdomen. I had been feeling some sensitivity and pain in my RUQ(Right Upper Quadrant) as those of you know who are seekers of gallbladder health.   As I had to force them to show me things and describe them, I didn't enjoy gathering health information from John's Hopkins "clinic" on Caroline st.What a behemoth! They seem to be:
1) Scared of scope of practice limitations
2) Incapable of educating patients without fear of recrimination
3) Insensitive to the feelings of clients.

Fact:
But there they were. In a turd shaped little tube; about 5 or six stones or "echographic densities, " as I learned from the print-out I originally got after my diagnoses in 2008.

Lesson From the Table:
A radiology tech who can't talk is a fool

A doctor who examines things from afar and then comes in while you are still lying on a bed in a gown is inappropriate and needs to reprioritize

Hope is found in ferreting out the shifts in the system
The integrative medicine center talks to the patient at a round table. This is very empowering.
There is still much to learn about how to get better care from the giant conglomerate of medicine
I will call and see what the doctor at the integrative medicine center can offer regarding healing
I have the sense that they still think the same things about gallstones since there is no overt infection or reason why I am experiencing intermittent exhaustion and ache in my abdomen at the same time.
The remaining work is mainly an interior path that works with the healing information sources:

They still see no path to healing besides taking out the gallstone. They are aware that acupuncture and massage are good for the digestive tract. They see that the stress, both emotional and physical can create conditions that are painful or mal-absorptive. They see that these treatments lessen the sympathetic response. (Of course they did not say these things to me) They say that these things are generally connected. What they could not communicate was that they have any hope that someone with gallstones can be really healed from this kind of work.

What do you think?

1) Get a diagnoses for peace of mind

2) Keep checking with allopathic medicine for basic facts about your body
e.g.
 a) Are your organs swollen with infection?
 b) Are any of your blood counts up or down?
 c) What are the allopathic doctors saying to you?

3) Make your own contingency plans for emergencies

4) Make up your mind about what outcomes you are aiming for with respect to your health

e.g. I wish to have energy to live an active life
e.g. I wish to dance, drink, eat, and enjoy myself
